Whether you’re in the middle of a big change or can’t quite name what feels off, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening underneath and find a more intentional way forward.
For partners who want to feel close again. We’ll create room for the conversations that usually end in a fight, give voice to what’s been hard to say, and help you find your way back to each other.
Family can be the hardest place to feel understood. When conversations keep going sideways, we’ll explore the patterns that keep repeating and build new ways of communicating and relating to one another.
It can be a relief to hear your own story in someone else’s. Groups offer a supportive space to share what you’re carrying, practice honest connection, and turn isolation into shared strength.
Often we know we want something to be different before we understand what needs to change. Or we have a sense of what needs to change, but need help finding a path through the weeds. That’s where we’ll start.
My work draws on relational, psychodynamic, and Gestalt therapy. In practice, that means:
A 50-minute individual session is $175. Couples and families can choose a 50-minute session for $175 or a 75-minute session for $220. I do not accept insurance at this time, but I can provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance on your own. I have limited sliding scale spots for folks who cannot afford a full session price.
Many clients attend therapy one time a week. Some attend twice a week or every other week.
I'm currently meeting clients online through the end of 2026. I'll begin seeing clients either online or in-person at our San Francisco office at the beginning of 2027. We're a few blocks from 16th and Mission BART.
I'm a graduate of the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California where I received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. I have an undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from the College of Architecture and Urban Studies at Virginia Tech. My work is informed by both of these experiences.
I'm a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 165900) and Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC 24096), employed by Joe Latuga Psychotherapy & Coaching and supervised by Joe Latuga, LMFT 127359.
I found my way to clinical work after a 15-year career in tech as a Product Designer and Design Director. My transition grew out of a deepening interest in human connection, self-understanding, and noticing the patterns that shape how we move through the world. I'm grateful to have found work that allows me to bring these interests into a meaningful, collaborative, and attuned process with others. I value the ability to mix skills I learned early in my career, including creative problem solving, process awareness, clear communication, and systems-thinking, with qualities I've nurtured in my personal life, like empathy, compassion, humor, and a willingness to remain present in uncertainty and discomfort.
